东方雨虹李卫国：光荣的“苦役”

慧正资讯：江河滚滚，大潮滂滂，炽热的理想无异于熊熊不灭的永动机。以时间为仓，与苍穹比阔，超乎生命延长线的创业激情，从来不因荣耀光环的加持而散漫放纵，更不因辛苦而减缓追求卓越的节奏。这一场漫长而艰辛的创业修行，我称之为“光荣的苦役”。

In the face of the trend and profound changes of our times, our dreams are perpetual motion machines. We, having an eternal and huge enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, should never become slack because of past glory or slow down the pursuit of excellence due to arduousness. I call this long and arduous entrepreneurial practice a glorious but tough journey.

肆行全球的新冠疫情对经济造成史无前例的冲击，对很多行业、企业漫长无情的打击甚至不可逆。早在2019年10月，东方雨虹就确立了“去伪存真，刚骨安身；上下同欲，自我革新”的发展主题，踏踏实实锻造自身筋骨的韧劲和硬度。一腔永不停止奋斗的热血胜过任何高明的预判，基于长期优秀的经营表现，东方雨虹在资本市场得到了投资者的持续认可。这于公司而言，是荣耀，更是一种责任。骥为知己者驰，镜为拂己者明，为了不辜负社会、客户、股东的期待，我们在更高、更难的赛道上全力以赴，我们以此为荣，我们心甘情愿。

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented shock to the economy and had even irreversible impacts on many sectors. As early as October 2019, Oriental Yuhong formulated the development philosophy of “removing the false while preserving the true, being strong-willed and determined, striving for the same goal and conducting self-innovation”, aiming at improving its resilience and strength in a down-to-earth manner. The resolution of fighting to the bitter end is more important than any wise prognosis. Thanks to its long-term excellent operating performance, Oriental Yuhong has been continuously recognized by investors in the capital market. This is not only glory but also a responsibility for the company. A horse gallops for the person who spurs it and a mirror reflects the image of the person who wipes it. On a higher and more difficult track, we are devoting every effort to live up to the expectations of society, clients and shareholders, which is what we are proud of as well as what we are willing to do.

“冀以尘雾之微补益山海，荧烛末光增辉日月”。东方雨虹的奋斗源动力也从“成为中华民族伟大复兴的推动力量”升级为“成为中华民族伟大复兴的重要推动力量”。不断自我加压、自我奋进，构成了东方雨虹的精神内核。

No matter it’s like just a dust to the mountain or a fluorescence to the sunshine, we will contribute whatever we can do. Oriental Yuhong’s motivation for striving has changed from “becoming a driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation” to “becoming a significant driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”. Continuously pushing ourselves forward constitutes the spiritual core of Oriental Yuhong.

城头战鼓声未曾歇，长期艰苦奋斗是东方雨虹的底色。这样的东方雨虹没有轻松、愉快的岗位，我们的工作就是一件无缝紧接着又一件的苦差事，其间没有停摆、没有庆功宴。苦，是东方雨虹的标配，苦，很苦，也就不以为苦。志同道合方为谋，志不同者不强留，这一场没有尽头的创业修行，是我们自愿的选择，是全体东方雨虹人共同的选择。

The battle has never not stopped, and fighting hard relentlessly is Oriental Yuhong’s basic principle. There is, therefore, no easy job in Oriental Yuhong and we have gotten used to working hard. Oriental Yuhong only employs the like-minded. This endless journey is the voluntary and common choice of all Oriental Yuhong people. Having the honor of participating in the great and epic rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we set foot on this glorious but tough journey with aspirations and enthusiasm.

这些年，我反复提醒东方雨虹人，不可苟且于今日小胜。脚踏万千星河，不是水到渠成的自得，而是逆水行舟的警醒。我们有幸参与到中华民族伟大复兴这场史诗般的大潮中，我们满怀“粗缯大布裹生涯”的初心，慕鸿鹄且高翔，躬身投入这一场光荣而神圣的“苦役”。

Over the years, I have been reminding Oriental Yuhong people not to linger on today's small victories. Our successes don’t come naturally, but because we always know that we are swimming against the current. The more calm we are, the closer we are to excellence.
