In addition to the general characteristics of cardanol novolac amine, such as low-temperature curing, strong adhesion, and good chemical resistance, it also has the unique feature of good adhesion on wet substrate surfaces. This curing agent has high cost performance and can be used in the production of epoxy zinc-rich or non-zinc-rich primers, intermediate coats, etc., with excellent comprehensive performance, and is widely used in industrial paints, automotive refinish paints, floor paints, adhesives and other industries.
HE2641B is a thermoplastic acrylic resin for non-ferrous metals, with excellent adhesion on galvanized steel, aluminum alloy and stainless steel. It is particularly suitable for steel structures, construction machinery and other industries. (The figure below shows the adhesion test of HE2641B after one coat on galvanized steel pipes and stainless steel pipes respectively; it is the comparison test of adhesion with other similar products after air drying and two weeks of air drying.)
HE9578 is an epoxy ester emulsion launched by Zoho this year for light anti-corrosion metal coatings, featuring fast drying speed, good initial water resistance, extremely low VOC, high gloss and fullness.
