Since its establishment, Changshengyuan has been committed to the mission of "professionally producing high-quality (meth)acrylic specialty ester products to serve society" and the development concept of "being a professional manufacturer and service provider of high-quality (meth)acrylic specialty esters." Company Products/Capacity

Currently, the company specializes in the production of hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA), hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), and hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA). The production facilities adopt DCS automation control systems with five production lines, providing an annual comprehensive production capacity of 35,000 tons.

Cooperation Customers and Revenue Situation

As a type of chemical monomer, (meth)acrylic specialty esters are mainly used in the fields of adhesives, water reducers, coating resins, UV-curable resins, textile printing and dyeing, water treatment, inks, and paper processing. The company has established cooperative relationships with several large multinational enterprises, becoming their stable supplier. In 2021, the company's sales revenue exceeded 400 million yuan.

Corporate Update

In order to meet the increasing demand for (meth)acrylic specialty esters in domestic and international downstream markets, Changshengyuan plans to invest 340 million yuan to construct a 130,000 tons/year (meth)acrylic specialty ester monomer project in Dongming County Chemical Industrial Park, Heze City by 2023. The specific products include: hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA); hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA); hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA); hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA); hydroxybutyl acrylate (HBA); hydroxybutyl methacrylate (HBMA); tert-butyl acrylate (TBA); tert-butyl methacrylate (TBMA); acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate (AAEM); methacrylate phosphate ester (HEMAP/PMOE); polyethylene glycol acrylate; polyethylene glycol methacrylate; polypropylene glycol acrylate; polypropylene glycol methacrylate; isobornyl acrylate (IBOA); and methacrylate isobornyl acrylate (IBOMA).

The project is planned to commence construction in 2023 and is expected to be substantially completed by the end of 2024, with full production by 2025.

It has the advantage of significantly improving product performance with a small dosage.

Mr. Zhang Shenghui, the General Manager of Changshengyuan, stated that after 8 years of accumulation and development, Changshengyuan has gained rich technical expertise. When faced with external factors that pose operational risks, the company can optimize its production processes and switch products seamlessly to ensure production efficiency and reduce costs. In terms of sales, the company implements pre-sale volume control to ensure efficient operation with full capacity and low inventory.

In terms of core technology research and development, Changshengyuan has established a research and technology team of more than ten people. With the successful production of "long-chain hydroxyalkyl esters HGA200-400," Changshengyuan has upgraded its refined system for product manufacturing, all of which are based on independent research and development and design.
