The settlement price of West Texas light oil futures in December 2019 on the New York Mercantile futures exchange was $56.80 per barrel, down 0.06 or 0.1% compared with the previous trading day, with a trading range of $56.54-57.55 per barrel; London Intercontinental Exchange Brent crude oil settled at $62.06 per barrel in January 2019, down $0.12/barrel, or 0.2%, from the previous trading day, with a trading range of $61.82-62.85/barrel.
